I do not follow the program stricktly due to the lack of time. I sometimes have days braekas and then just go back right to the place I finished last or just start over a week I liked.

It doesn't really matter as I can see the results: The most importatnt is that I don't have to spend time planinig what do I have to work on now as the trainings are completeing each other and at the same time I don't have to do the same exercises over and over again. I LOVE these videos I have three kids and just lost 45 lbs. I wasn't toned, though. I got this program to help me keep the weight off and stayed toned. It does both perfectly! Every day I feel like I am getting my butt kicked with a personal trainer in my home who makes me work HARD- this is definitely hard work!

I expect to get amazing results with the workouts and nutrition hand in hand. I have more energy, less cravings of junk food, and I find myself looking forward to my next workout, even though I'm nowhere near a fitness junkie.
